The Common Entrance Test (CET) is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full time courses in Medical, Dental and Engineering courses in professional colleges within the state in question in India.
The professional colleges in the state offering such courses are affiliated with the state run universities, and admit students through the CET annually. The fee structure varies from year to year.
Full form of p.o. is probationary officer.Before being absorbed in any bank's officer cadre ,one has to serve certain period in probation,hence the name Probationary Officer.
One needs to have a graduation degree ,the percentage required ,depends amongst different banks(mostly 55%-60% for general category) to sit for p.o. exam.
age limit again varies from one bank to another.Its advised to check for that in the respective banks' advertisement.

Certified CCNA's are in huge demand these days, it helps you in getting good placements. Job profile will be of network engineer, systems engineer, IT engineer, system administrator. This is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding profession.
Since you are a Commerce graduate, CCNA won't help much. You should rather pick CA/CS/ICWA or go for higher education such as M.COM, LLB, MBA.
