As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing Bsc and your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.

Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

Course: M.Sc. in Management.
Eligibility:
All applicants must submit the following documents:
1) Results of a graduate aptitude test, preferably the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), with a minimum score of 550. The GRE will be accepted with a mean percentile score across the three areas similar to the current acceptable percentile level of the GMAT. GMAT and GRE scores must not be older than five years.
2) All official transcripts of academic records, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (on 4.5 scale)
3) Results of an English language proficiency test for students who do not hold a secondary school diploma/university degree from Canada, or from one of the countries on the English Language Proficiency Test Exemption list. Scores more than 2 years old are not acceptable.
4) Three letters of recommendation from persons who are knowledgeable about the applicant's academic ability.
5) A statement of goals and interests.
