You cannot study free of cost at IITs even if you secure an all India rank of 10 or so.
You can get some fee concessions, tuition fee waivers, mess fee waivers, etc.

Hello Sunil,
There is no particular cut-off score, instead, you will be having closing and opening ranks for each IIT that vary every year.
Also, the marks for each JEE Advanced paper are not fixed.
For getting admission into top IITs, your all India rank should be at least below 4000.

Perhaps you are asking about secondary level and higher secondary level teacher. As you have completed your Diploma in teaching, you can be a teacher from nursery to class 8th. You will be a TGT, who teaches class 9th and class 10th, you need to complete B.Ed. For class 11th and class 12th, you must have Master degree and B.Ed.
