If you are talking about Human Resource and Interior designing, the scope for both the programmes are good and if one has a knack for the subject one definitely can make a career in the same. On the other hand if you are talking about Human Research and interiors then it is still a very nascent subject in India and you may not find many Institutes giving such programmes.

I would suggest you to first complete your bachelors first and then apply for the jobs. To get a job in banks, you may opt to write the Bank PO exams or can apply to the private banks directly based on the vacancies released by the banking firms.

In order to pursue MBA in UK you need to have 15 years of education with good academic background throughput preferably 60%, relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university and IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus. It does not matter what is the mode of your education, degree obtained through distance learning from recognized university is accepted by universities in UK.Most of the universities requires 2-3 years of work experience for MBA, how ever there are some universities which offer MBA to freshers as well, for your reference find below few such universities:

Best would be that you should opt for full two year MBA from some god institute like IIMs, or MDI, IMT etc. as that has a better standing in the job market. If you are looking for one year MBA which is an Executive MBA you need to keep in mind that this programme is for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say 6-8 years and just looking for a designation jump in their current company, and after going through your profile I feel that you should go for 2 Year MBA.
