The best option for you is to apply for AMIE exams( assocoate membership of Institute of Engineers) and qualify their exams. This is equivalent to B.E. / B.tech. You can do this along with your job, and transfer fronm one place to another will not affect your education.

Dear Kiran
Nice to learn that you aspire to get an MBA.However, let me inform you that MBA is a two years program whether you pursue a distance MBA or a full time.As far as distance MBA is concerned it is adviced that it will benefit you if you have some experience in industry.A full time MBA will give you better returns over a long period and help you to learn more.
Thanks and regards

Normally at Undergraduate level you will have to apply for SAT( Scholastic apptitude test) and at PG level you will have to appear for GRE. In both cases you will have to obtain a TOFEL score. Depending on the scores you obtain and your academic credentials you can apply for various universities in Canada.

The requirement of GRE and TOFEL depends upon admission policy of university. If you can prove your proficiency in English language, you may be granted exemption in TOFEL. However to be on safer side you should appear in TOFEL and have your score card ready. If any university demands from you, your tofel score it will not be feasible for you to get the score in short time.

If you have cleared your 10+2 from a recognised board, you can get admission in BA distance course. However I would like to suggest you to look for some vocational course like Mobile repairing,TV repairing etc, which can fetch you an employment.

With increase in international trade after 80s and 90s, there is tremendous scope for international business management, provided you have done your MBA from a reputed institute. So far as your second question is concerned, normally during a business boom MBAs may earn more than technocrats, but during recession, MBAs are the first lot to loose their job.
