First of all I would say that you have put your query in a wrong domain, as this is an Indian Domain whereas the query is for foreign domain. However, yes SAP is in great demand even in foreign countries like USA. To get job in a foreign country you need to get a SAP project out there. The best way would be that you do your SAP training from an Authorized center as they would help you in getting the right kind of projects and you can even discuss with them about your future plans so that the projects they would offer you would be keeping in mind your parameters.

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications

As rightly said by Manmeet, it would be unfair on our part to give our personal opinion about a particular Institute. However, JSHM is an Autonomous Institute which has an academic Partnership with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, so as far as the recognition of this programme is concerned I would say that you should consider other better institutes as well for the Hotel Management programmes like IHM, Manipal University, Amity University etc. or training programmes through Oberoi, welcomegroup etc. For further information on Hotel Management programme please check the link below:
