Although, the certifications like CFP, CFA etc. do give a boost to your career if you want to get into finance domain but I would say as you have an excellent academic record you should opt for MBA in finance as this is a powerful employment credential, and can assist the student in receiving best career opportunities. I would like to add here that if you plan to go for an MBA opt for a full time program from a decent Management Institute.
Apart from MBA you can look at other postgraduate programs like MFA or MFM etc.

Although, you have a decent percentage in your graduation and definitely can opt for a full time MBA program but your budget is really low. In this case what I would suggest you to look for some government Institutes like FMS (Delhi University), MDI, IIFT etc. or plan for a correspondence program which are relatively low priced programs. However, according to me the better option would be a full time program.
