By the way will u plz make sure to urself that ur programming skills are very good or not then only opt SW development line. I would say that if possible try for your graduation once again as graduation is important. Without a graduation it will be difficult for you to get a good job or pursue higher studies.
now for your graduation, I would suggest you to go for B.Com as you were pursuing it earlier or you can opt for BBA, BCA, Mass Comm as per your interest.
