The simple answer is no. The cloud is just another technology that presents new challenges to the IT and IT support.
There is nothing 'killing' IT jobs. It's more of a consolidation.
Everyone needs desktop support but they also want that person to handle user account/password creation and issues.
Everyone needs server hardware support but now they want that person to work on networking.
Everyone needs storage and OS support but they want it to be the same person now.

There are various challenges related to cloud computing data security, listed below are some of them :
1. Multi-tenancy - makes it easier for a hacker to steal the data of all business customers who share the same cloud database.
2. Threats of data loss and data leakage -the threat of data leakage increases when employees use their mobile devices to access and share corporate documents via cloud storage services such as DropBox, Box etc.,
3. Insecure APIs - Most Cloud service providers do not pay attention to the security of their APIs which can pose risks to an enterprise data with regards to privacy and data integrity.

CMU cloud computing is a good course and it is worth mentioning that the course provides a lot of resources. Write ups for weekly projects always contain a lot of instructions and useful hints, our questions on Piazza can always be answered by a teaching assistant within an average of 10 minutes. There are about 20 teaching assistants in this course, we can always visit their office hours whenever we have problems during weekdays.

Essentially, virtualization differs from cloud computing because virtualization is software that manipulates hardware, while cloud computing refers to a service that results from that manipulation.
Virtualization is a foundational element of cloud computing and helps deliver on the value of cloud computing. Cloud computing is the delivery of shared computing resources, software or data — as a service and on-demand through the Internet.

No technology will be "thrown away" with the introduction of cloud computing, cloud computing will never be the only way to build infrastructure. The biggest reason is that for the most high performance demanding problems bare metal hardware is always better than virtualized hardware.
I can not imagine this will ever change in our life time. When it does change, cloud computing will also be out of date.
Every technology you listed can be done in the cloud or under your desk on cheap commodity hardware. The cloud does not really change that. The main thing that it empowers is who is doing your DevOps and how.

It won't affect IT managed services because cloud computing refers to a resource layer while managed service providers offer a management layer on top of the compute or resource layer.
If anything, the increased use of cloud computing will see MSP's see considerable growth due to the fact that many companies that once performed their hosting/compute internally rather than outsourcing either the physical housing of the equipment to a third party data center or to a managed hosting provider for unmanaged or managed dedicated servers will now see the cost benefits of utilising elastic compute resources on an on demand/as needed basis.

Only NCERT may not. But there are high chances that NCERT along with NCERT EXEMPLAR PROBLEMS BOOK will do. However, you should be very thorough with the NCERT books, particularly Chemistry, since many questions from the chemistry section come from the NCERT books directly.
If you are thorough with the above mentioned two books, have the required speed and a cool mind to be very accurate during the exam, 280 won't be that tough.
