You can get into sales and marketing of dental products. Your authenticity will be higher as you hold a dental degree. Also management of multiple operatory dental hospitals is a good option. No, Presently we don't have any separate exams for BDS. Screening for BDS is done along with MBBS.
CBSE is conducting common entrance test for MBBS and BDS every year.
