It's unfortunate that you had not cleared your 11th and hence migrated to open school.
I would request you to contact your school officials so that you can be permitted to re-write your 11th from a regular school.

Hi Aashiq,
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
