In order to get study VISA for UK, you need to full fill all the eligibility criteria, starting from academics to your financial documents.
As you already got your VISA rejected for January intake, so you must first try to find out what were the reasons for your VISA rejection, and accordingly work on it so that, when you apply for the VISA next time it does not get rejected.
