As you have completed undergraduate degree in B.pharma it would be always advisable for you to pursue MS in pharmacy or related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.

It will also help you in designing wide band antenna, micro-strip antenna and array antenna. The original software is ver costly so try to download through Torrent. You may seek job with Astra pvt ltd, Hyderabad, ELTA, Israel, Hela Israel (Both have India office at Delhi) and ISRO as RF engineer.
