Hi Gaurav,
Well in the first place, I would suggest you to stick to telecom sector as that would get you higher avenues in terms of remuneration packages along with high profile designation. You may consider Application Service Provider course, Networking course in Citrix/Cisco, be a DBA in Oracle, or be a System Analyst.
However, I would also say that the most important aspect is that you should be self content. As you intend to switch over from Telecom to Software Industry, I would like you to know two things:-

Career option is the one of the most important thing of the human life. After completing 12th class if you are not interested in the engineering field then you have many other option to improve your career. If you want to become a doctor then you need to appear in the entrance examination like AIIMS, AIPMT, JIPMER.and many other.
To appear in the medical entrance examination you need the pass 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. If your math is weak then don't worry medical field is the best option for you. So, i advise you to appear in the medical entrance examination for admission in the MBBS course.

Sandeep.The first ambition in your life at this stage should be to get admission in a good engineering college for a course that interests you most. Your second ambition should be to get a distinction or atleast a first class. Forget about job at this stage. Its good to know, that you wish to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and ranked university in Canada, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:

Definitely,You can get good job with your less marks in 12th.Only having good marks is not sufficient, the level of knowledge is also important for getting good job/s.It does matter for some companies .So, keep it up.
