Hi Shailaja, M.Tech course provides specialized training in the field of engineering. Quite a few institutes intake candidates on the basis of the various entrance exams and personal interviews.
Choosing an institution is a big task as it will be a step in building your career. So, instead of taking haste decisions, there are certain aspects which cannot be left aside like the recognition of the college, faculty, placements, etc before enrolling in any one of them.
To guide you further, I am sending you institute links offering part-time M.Tech / M.E. in Electrical Engineering, please refer to the below link.

First of all, MBA is not the only option for you. I would say there is an 'MBA CRAZE' right now and every Tom, Dick and Harry, is going for it. I suggest, you do an introspection to understand your skill sets. Take the help of a reputed career counselor, who can guide you on the available options. Make a conscious choice.

I remember answering your post related to languages and can make out that you confused with right career option. I would suggest you to take the one wherein you possess keen interest and passion. Dear Sachin, apart from GATE there are no entrance exams for M.Tech. Most of the colleges give admission based on application. However, to make merit, where there are more candidates then the available seats, they consider various factors like degree percentage, work experience if any, GATE score etc.
