Christ University has two sessions of selection process. One in January and one in March. You can apply for the March process after you get your MAT scores.
You don't have to choose the specialization at the beginning itself. That will be after you complete two trimesters.

Please call the desk to find out whether you are eligible for PGDM degree since you have less than 50% in 10th and 12th. If you are eligible, there are companies which have no criteria as such w.r.t. to the percentage. It will matter as to how your interview with the panelist goes and how you can explain the low percentage scenario to the interviewer.
