There are many companies hiring software testing professionals but then there is no such set of questions that are categorized to be asked everywhere. Questions related to your academics, your skill is always questioned and for which your knowledge about your core education is very important.
You can not follow a text book or cannot depend on people for the most important questions, but need to be well prepared on all grounds as anything can be asked.

SEO is a good career option for mainly those who inculcate good analytical skills, as this involves a lot of working on your site to make it more of friendly to different search engines.
It holds a lot of importance in today's market as most of the work is done through the net whether it is the marketing, advertising, banking anything. You can definitely for this as a career provided you are keen to pursue this as a long term career.

The MS that you are referring to is most commonly offered by the institute abroad. In India, the course is more seen as an equivalent to M.Sc until it is not of research work. And if you are keen towards MS Research then for that you will require a masters degree like that of Ph.D/ M.Phil in India.
Instead of the M.S which is a rare option in India, I would suggest you to stick to your career stream that is M.E or M.tech and to know about the institutes offering these courses, you may go through the following link:

There is no visible advantage of residential schools. Over the last three years, this trend, if I can say that, has caught up with many people. The feeling given to the parents, is a culture, where learning happens in a different way, and the students become more disciplined and focused. My personal opinion is, these parameters can be inculcated, by the parents themselves.
