MBA admission is not only on the basis of IELTS. There are other factors involved in MBA admission. Please find the factors below:
1) GMAT
2) Work Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience is required.
If you want admission in a good university in Canada, you need to work for atleast 2 years first, and score well in the GMAT as well. There is only 1 university in Canada which offers MBA without work experience, however, GMAT is a requirement which has to be fulfilled. The name of the university is Carleton University.

Hi Praveen, if its the info you need on MBA in NZ then here it is. for MBA courses universities need min 5 yrs managerial work ex and GMAT may or may not be necessary, When you write GMAT try to score 600+ it will add value to your application. only AIS St Helens (pvt institute) requires 3 yrs managerial work ex.
