I would request you to go for a field of your choice and interest. As you have interest in working with a production house, you should opt for Advertising and Marketing. The reason being that when something new is launched by a production house it requires a lot of Advertising and marketing to make the product familiar amongst the Masses.
Another good option for you can be Advertising and PR, as a PR is considered as the face of the organizing and is responsible for getting business for the organisation so AD and PR can surely fetch you a good opportunity with a production house.

After doing BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) you can go for higher studies and do MD in Homeopathy. In order to get admission, you have to satisfy the MBA admission requirements. Please find the admission requirements for the Full Time MBA Program listed below:

Most of the international programs are taught in english language so you are not expected to have proficiency in German language however some basic knowledge of German language will help you to communicate with the locals .
