There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first concentrate on your 11th standard as it is very crucial in setting up a firm foundation.
Before you decide what to do after 12th standard, it is important that you become aware of a critical factor for success in your chosen profession. Your exam scores are one part of it considering how competitive it is to land a seat in the hallowed campuses of the IITs and other prestigious institutions.
With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering, you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2.
However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu), offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in the top medical college in India you would need to score above 90% in 12th and do very well in entrance exam.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to humanities or commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), law, civil aviation-pilot, astronomy, architecture, design, mass communication, merchant navy, defense forces, psychology, civil services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability.
If you decide based on these parameters, you will put in your best efforts and will be successful in your chosen field.

I am not sure how good you are with mathematics and programming. If you are good, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However, like I have mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money.
See the IT company's credentials on the net. For example, if someone provide Live Projects do they stand Top on Portals like Justdial? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get Live Projects.

Foreign universities don't have a list of mandatory subjects that you need to have studied in class 12th. They don't look at every subject scores as they consider only the overall GPA. So, if you had science stream in 12th, getting admission into B.Sc. shouldn't be an issue.
However, the university can ask you to prove having basic knowledge of the specialisation. So, they can ask you to appear for a subject test for computer science or they will recommend you to take foundation classes in computers before beginning your course.
Get in touch with the admissions' dept. of your shortlisted universities and ask them which of the two above-mentioned processes they follow.

There are lots of good Universities in USA for various engineering courses and that's a nice thought for making a decision and choosing a country like USA, going for further studies. As you can go through many websites, USA has got so many high ranked universities in its list.
Some of them are:
1. University of Massachusetts.
2. San Diego State University.
3. Colorado State University.
4. California University and many more.
You can google some US colleges where you can find your suitable subject and start applying and yes, please do start preparing for GRE and TOEFL. Without scoring in these two, you cannot apply in any colleges of USA. I hope you understand and start preparing.
