Mass communication course and then join an ad agency. But, if you have done graduation then you can go for MBA or Masters in advertising course from MICA as that is the best institute to take the education from and then you get placed in the top companies of India.

I think that Chandigarh University is an excellent choice. Every year, a vast number of different businesses come to SEE us. About 90 percent of kids get placed. This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / Research / Academics area then MCA/ M.Sc/ Data Analytics is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

By great, I assume you meant anything above INR 12 LPA. Can't comment about BBA, but the following colleges are well-known for their placements after MBA:- FMS - New Delhi; SP Jain, NMIMS, JBIMS, NITIE - Mumbai; SIBM - Pune; MDI - Gurgaon; XLRI - Jamshedpur and IIFT - New Delhi.
