It would be better if you appear for MAHCET. So, that you have better chances to get admission in better colleges. The last date to apply for the same is 13th February. As of now you can't get a good college in Maharashtra.

College is losing its sheen day by day, I don't know why, but it may be too much intake or brunch. I will suggest you to think XIME blore, NIBM Pune.
MAT tier I few SIMSREE, PUMBA, XIME Blore, XIME Kochi, IFMR, Great lakes Chennai, BIMTECH Noida (Retail), NIBM Pune etc. Here are some of the parameters to choose that how to judge an average B-School
1) Try to avoid trust in morphed media ranking (not all media), sometime it happens to promote the college brand name in students mind.
2) Don't run or get lured by the call of 100 % placement. If you are in bulk hire and fire offers are offered. It does not make any sense to you.

You might be questioned on your 12th marks, but believe me that won't be the sole deciding factor in your admissions. If you can justify your score in 12th class and show them how you have improved your performance, it won't be a deterrent to your admissions.

After doing BHMS you can do MD in following subjects:
Material Medical, Organon/Philosophy, Repertory, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Practice of Medicine, and Psychiatry. But you cannot do MS, i.e., you cannot become a surgeon. Or
After graduating in homeopathy, you can work as a government doctor or start your own private practice. You can also teach in a homeopathy college (more than 180 in India). You can also go opt for research field by joining CCRH.
