For MCA, 60% is the eligibility criteria but you can take admission directly in any of these colleges like SRM, VIT. After the counseling process, few seats are left. So, to fill those seats they take some of the students for that you have to book your slot earlier.

Yes, you can study law in Marathi, but I must caution you that if you chose a profession like the law you must be well versed with English for if you are appearing in High court or the Apex Court you should speak in English. Also, if you study law in English you will have more opportunities of working with renowned firms and MNCs. The following are a few good colleges in Pune-

There are various colleges in North India which fall under the category of good colleges, however, whenever there is a comparison IIT had an upper hand so IIT-Roorkee and IIT-BHU are great to go. Also, these are amongst the older IITs and have a huge impact on offered jobs as well.

Firstly, you should be appearing class 12th or passed from a recognised board. Other than this, depending on category, the age limit is a part of the criteria. The stream (maths, bio or commerce, arts) does't matter. The classes generally start in the month of July.
