Even though you have work experience and are working for a renowned company, it's very difficult for you to get admission in any university in Canada because your UG degree is a 3 year degree whereas the requirement in Canada is a 4 year degree or equivalent. You should pursue a distance learning PG diploma of 1 year duration in management so that you can make yourself eligible to apply to universities in Canada next year.
Some of the good universities in Canada for MBA are University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario, York University and University of British Columbia

Agreeing with what Mr. Nikhilesh Mathur has mentioned, there is no defined way by which you can qualify the exam with 100% success. This will depend on your hard work and you zeal by which you prepare for the exam.
Also other than relying on the self study there is a lot that can not be attained through the self study/ analysis mode like the exam pattern, tactics, competition and your assessment etc. All this and more can be taken care with a good institute for coaching purposes.
