Hi Nitin, there are lots of Universities good for Automobile Engineering. Here are some names : HS Ingolstadt, RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau
There are 2 intakes in a year Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July. Hence, you will need to make an early application.
As the Universities mentioned to you are some of the best you might be required to write GRE as well. The other requirement will be of TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi Harsh, you will not need a consultants help in applying for admission. As applying for admission is quite easy. You just need to shortlist some Universities according to your profile and make applications.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
Once you have got the offer letter you will need to being the visa process. You can contact the VFS for the same as visa applications for Ireland are also filed through same. They will guide you on how they need documents from you. also you will need to show funds tuition fee + living expenses.

As for interior designing, the stream is quite different to animation or gaming but the major similarity that it holds to the two streams is the sense of creativity involved and the importance of skills required.
