Well if you are inquiring about the B.Com LL.B, this would be an integrated course of 5 years duration in which one would be able to complete his/ her graduation along with the LL.B degree.
This is similar to other integrated law courses like BA LL.B or BBA LL.B.

If you are in a job then I suggest you opt for distance education because you might not be able to attend the part time classes also then there might be time constraint for you. Both SMU and IGNOU are good. I suggest you opt for SMU on the basis of the positive remarks of the people who have done management courses from SMU.
