Till few years back Event Management use to be an unplanned industry and doesn't require any degree to pursue a career in, but now as India is becoming a hub of events like CWG etc. there are immense chances of growth in this field.

The basic job of an hr executive/ manager is related with employees. it starts with making policies for recruitment, execute them, to keep the record of employees and to verify it, to prepare the appraisal reports of employees, to conduct training progress for the professional development of employees, recommend the increment in the salaries of employees on the basis of their performance, to regress the grievance of workers, to counsel them if they feel any problem etc. ultimately we can say that and hr manager/ executive is a link between the management and the employees whose main aim is to develop the firm through the development of its employees.
