Yes, it is possible but without IELTS chances could be less. Check with the universities if you can enroll into a bridge course in English. International students must meet English language requirements and it is mandatory. You must also meet the admission requirements which are different with different universities. Fiji is also not a very popular study abroad destination so you have to check the university websites for details.

First, check the syllabus of BITSAT and then according to that, start reading chapter one by one and after completing one chapter do around 50-100 questions related to the chapter and after completing some chapters again, revise previous chapters questions.
