Hi Aditya,
You cannot apply to German universities with a diploma. They don't accept Diplomas for further studies. You can take IIT JEE Advanced or enroll into a Bachelor’s degree in India and only complete the first year. Academically you must be very good. Read more here:

Hi,
Yes, they prefer domicile students as 85% seats are reserved for Maharashtra candidates and 15% for all Indian candidates. So, if you are not from Maharashtra you need to score more than 150 out of 200 to get any good government or private colleges.

The eligibility criterias are different for every university. But generally students from every stream can pursue BCA without any problem, a candidate must have scored atleast 45% in their +2. If you can satisfy this requirement then you too can pursue BCA without any problem. Just check the eligibility criteria for the university in which you are seeking admission.

Yes, the stream that you son took in 12th doesn't matter in admission in MBA. Admissions in MBA are done on the basis of entrance exam accepted widely or by an exam conducted by the college your son is applying to.

It can be worth depending on your prior educational qualification. If a student who has done 12th is expecting a good job with just a certification course as an addition then things are not going to get rosy.
