M.Sc with analytical chemistry is a Masters course. So you should not be afraid because after doing this course you are eligible to apply for most of the jobs.
You can apply for a lecturer in a Science college and the average package for the same is about 3 to 4 Lacs per year.
You can also apply for RBI Grade-B officers or for UPSC.

After 12th for doing CA, you should register your self for CPT and after clearing that, you should register yourself for IPC and after clearing that, there are some training like ITT-OT complete that and then registered yourself for CA final.
You should choose commerce for doing CA.

PESU was previously known as PESIT as far as I know. By PESIT if you mean the South Campus then it is better to take admission in the main campus (I.e., PESU) .
