For getting pilot jobs, you need to have an adequate flying experience. So after getting the pilot training, you need to practice flying till you reach that benchmark.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with flying clubs like the Rashtriya Udan Academy and private flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence. While they give training, placement is not their responsibility.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
- Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
- Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
After class XI/XII (PCM) students can apply for the SPL.
On passing class XII (PCM) they may enrol for the next licence-PPL.
After procuring the PPL, training begins for CPL.
Details of the licences:
Student pilot licence can be taken at flying clubs in every State. It is a theory exam.
Eligibility- 16 years is the minimum age required and a student need top complete class 10th. A medical certificate of fitness, security clearance and a bank guarantee is required.
Selection-Candidates taking the SPL test have to appear for an oral examination on a fixed day every month. Candidates have to enrol a month before the examination. Selected candidates go through a medical test and the pilot aptitude test.
The private pilot licence is a practical training. A total of 60 hours of flying is needed of which 20 hours minimum should be solo and 5 hours cross country.
There is a theory examination also.
The commercial pilot licence requires flying training for 190 hours to 250 hours of flying.

English is an important language especially in the jobs where communication and PR is required. Also these days the corporate houses encourage English speaking culture. Airport management do need English as foreigners diplomats and nationals who cannot speak Hindi need to be addressed in English.
But, it does not mean a person who cannot speak English cannot get work, you will get work based on your qualification and skills. Also, you can anyways learn speaking. You just have to move out of the hesitation which most people have. Start communicating in English (even if you speak wrong) - once the hesitation is gone you will speak fluently.

To become an MBBS Doctor, one has to pursue MBBS course which is regulated by the Medical Council of India [MCI]. The MBBS programme is offered by various medical institutes. In order to pursue MBBS programme, one has to appear for Medical Competitive Examination which is conducted by different medical institute on central as well as State level. To be eligible for the test, a candidate must have passed the +2 level of the exam with physics, chemistry, biology and English. Candidates who are appearing for the +2 level of exams are also eligible for the test.The percentage required in the +2 level varies from institutes to institutes, however, most of the institutes consider candidates with 50% and above marks. A candidate must have attained the age of seventeen years, at the time of admission, to be eligible for the test.
