Admission to NITs will be based on JEE-advanced results. To get qualified for this, cut off of JEE-main is 115 marks. Surathkal, Trichy, Jaipur, Allahabad and Bhopal are among top NITs. AIR is calculated in respect of the candidate who scores highest marks. Your balance of question is not understood by me.

Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 42% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

Your daughter is brilliant student and truly deserves IIT/NIT. First of all she must give JEE-advanced for getting admission in NITs & IITs. She will be shortlisted for many NITs, I am sure. These days there are many privates universities like Manipal, SRm, LPU, Amity etc that offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in 12th also. Minimum educational requirement to get enrolled to a CPL course is 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and English as basic subjects. Commerce/ Arts students may also attempt to undergo the Course provided they qualify in the mandatory subjects of Physics & Mathematics through Indian National Open University within six months of commencement of the course. Howvever if you want to take Private Pilot Licence program, the minimum qualification is class X only.
