Hi Kinjal,
Yes, it is possible to pursue two different degree courses, one in regular mode and the other in distance mode.
However, you can not pursue both the courses as distance mode through the same university.
The eligibility criteria varies from institute to institute.
You need to check with the respective institute for the admission criteria.
