You got good marks in 12th board but little less scores in JEE.
There are chances in government college but not in IITs and NITs.
I would also recommend you to keep track of good indian colleges such as BIT's Pilani, Lovely professional University, Bharati Vidyapeeth University pune.
You may be offered good scholarship on the bases of your 12th percentage.
Never focus only on particular places as its a matter of your career.
