It is difficult to get ECE in a good college in AP. I would suggest you to have a look to other universities as it is not beneficial to take admission in below average college in AP.
You have still good choices in other top ranked universities which conduct there own entrance exam and some take students on the basis of 12 percentage as in osmiani , VIT, Lovely Professional University.

I would recommend you to take admission in MBA or M.Com after completion with you B.Com as you will get good job after doing masters. And now masters is becoming mandatory for rise.

Symbiosis Pune for BBA is a better option as per my view. But it is advisable to take adission in BBA+MBA dual degree program and also look for similar other univesities which are running this course like: NMIMS, Lovely Professional University, Xavier Institute of Management, Jamia Malia.

Distance technical education is not valid.
Don't take risk with your career, take regular admission it has good job prospects. Almost all the top institutes provide assistance for loan.
