You cannot join any postgraduate degree program immediately. you can.join only in next academic year ie 2018 and anyway you have to appear for various entrance exam for MBA and it need good amount of preparation and doing MBA from any institute doesn't help it must be from a reputed one.

For a Preliminary, they are selecting 6 Times more candidates for the post to be filled up i.e. if there are 400 posts, then they will pass 2400 people in preliminary examination. For preliminary exam, there will be an objective type of questions.
Gujarati and English - 150 Marks (75-75 Each)

BBA, BBA -IB, BBA-CA these three are good. If you go with BBA, you have to go with specialization in the 3rd year of graduation, and after that you can pursue MBA or you can also go for job. BBA-IB deals with the job related to International Business. BBA-CA is related to finance, so you will get into financial sector. Three of these courses are best and can give you good job opportunities and good college to pursue MBA further. So, you can choose your degree in what you are interested at.
