Both the courses are similar, but the difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course. Moreover, the demand of B.Com (Hons) is more than that of B.Com programme.

Yes, you can do m.tech aeronautical engineering after B.Tech mechatronics.
In Mechatronics, you should have came across basis mechanical engineering subjects such as thermodynamics, strength of materials, statics and dynamics of machinery etc., which is useful when you pursue your Masters in aeronautics.

Please mention the stream in which you have got this rank. I think this is for stream 1 and in stream 1 counselling, you may not get mechatronics as your AIR and TNR rank is not that good.
Under stream 2, if your TNR rank is below 500 or 600 then you may get it.
June 19, 20 & 21 are for stream 1 counselling and June 21 is for stream 2 counselling.
