Yes you can appear for NMAT. Once you qualify then they will call for interview. Chances are less that your HSC compartment will be a hindrance. They look for overall percentage.

There is not particular format of notes for CAT preparation. Its all about solving as many kinds of questions as possible. Its better you search for books which provide previous CAT exams papers. If you keep solving them you will have an idea. The basics are 9th and 10th maths . And comprehensive English .

You are eligible to do BA (Hons) in subject of your choice. You can also do BBA, Hotel Management, Fashion Design and Integrated five year law degree. You are eligible to appear for NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice a year for Commission in Indian Army non technical corps. If you have Maths in 12th you are eligible for BCA.
