Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT in the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, the fee goes higher. The first category, closed till 15,000 rank and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there is a 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, you have to pay more for that.

I think, the teaching faculty for this college is quiet good, but actually it depends on the course you are taking admission in. DDUC holds good reputation and teaching faculty for science stream as compared to other stream. So, yes if you want to take admission into science stream you can definitely go for it.

Hi there!
As per the new eligibility criteria only those students will be eligible for appearing in JEE Mains whose score is more than 75% (for general category) and 65% (for SC/ST students). If you aren't eligible, apply for Improvement exams and you have to appear for all five subjects. Hope you got your answer.
