Hi Gurdeep, you can appear for any exam first. It is not necessary to appear for TOEFL before GRE or vice versa.
As pharmacy is clinical course, to pursue PhD in it, there could be some additional requirements, and you can the details from the univ.

Hi Alagappan, Mahesh has rightly said. These countries will soon be hit by recession. And US had hardly managed to come out of the previous recession that hit in 2008.
So for now, Asia is a better option and the best is to be in India !!!

Akash.The Ministry of Human Resource Development's Department of Higher Education which controls the AICTE has the right to close down any college that offers degrees not approved by AICTE. I recent years, many engineering colleges have been offering undegraduate and postgraduate degrees not approved by AICTE and this has led to a situation where the Government has decided that the AICTE will soon be dissolved and replaced by a more powerful statutory body called National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
