Simultaneously with ur graduation u can prepare ur career path. So once u finished ur academics u can directly go for the Job without wasting time.
Do u know the meaning of "Ethicks" it mean the "Principals" and "Hacking" means "Theft". I think there is no course who teaches u how to do Theft.
This Hacking word got famous by some Films and now people r using this Hacking word for the Business Promotion. We keep Guard for the Security not keep thief at home. So industry wants Security Professionals not the Hackers OK.

Hi Anuja,
After doing BMS switching to a Masters degree in English seems difficult as you need to have some base to get into Masters level programme in a specific field. However, you may check with few Universities where they select students on the basis of Entrance Examination, but it would be difficult to get such Institutes.

Hi Veena,
The admission process may differ from University to University; few Universities clearly mention on their website that if you are doing a course from their University you should not be enrolled with any other program. You probably, can do it in case you are doing one program through correspondence, that too with prior information to the University from where you are doing the regular programme. Secondly, if you take up two programs you may also face problems while giving the exams as there may be clashes in exam dates. see, ERP and SAP training is relevant to HR function, but employed for conventional roles like recruitment and selection etc whereas if you do Labor Laws course, it would be beneficial for the role of union management mostly and specifically. As far as I know, conventional roles are better to work as those are employed in every company and hence huge job market. Also, ERP and SAP training will aid you in making marketing decisions.
