Hi Anuja,
After doing BMS switching to a Masters degree in English seems difficult as you need to have some base to get into Masters level programme in a specific field. However, you may check with few Universities where they select students on the basis of Entrance Examination, but it would be difficult to get such Institutes.
In Mumbai the institute providing MA English are: Burhani College of Arts and Science, Elphinstone College, Hazarimal Somani College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Jai Hind College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khalsa College, Mithibai College Of Arts, Science, Maharashtra College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Patkar

see, ERP and SAP training is relevant to HR function, but employed for conventional roles like recruitment and selection etc whereas if you do Labor Laws course, it would be beneficial for the role of union management mostly and specifically. As far as I know, conventional roles are better to work as those are employed in every company and hence huge job market. Also, ERP and SAP training will aid you in making marketing decisions.
