Dear Chandan, Don't Get confused and spoil your career with someone's recommendation like KSOU,LPU. Cause you can't take Technical Programs Like BE/B.Tech through Distance Learning.
Please note that all the universities imparting technical education have been closed down by DEC. And as per law no Universities can provide technical Education through Distance Mode. Like Anna University, JNTU, Thapar university , JRN University, KSOU were asked to stop their technical programs through Distance Mode by DEC, not only this but IGNOU which started VIEP program through face to face model in collaboration with regular engineering colleges were forced to stop it just after 1 year of commencement of program.
So please be careful and don't fall prey to any university or Institution approaching you for admission in technical program through Distance mode.

I would Like to draw your attentions to MHRD(Ministry Of Human Resourse Development ) Letter to DEC (Distance Education Council)" Vide MHRD Letter No: D.O. No.6-7/2009-DL, Dated 29th July 2009, MHRD has directed the DEC to immediately withdraw permission given to various institutions to conduct B.E.B.Tech Programmes through Distance Mode.
In this Connection the Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE & DEC has not yet accorded any approval to BE/B.Tech Program of any University offered through distance Mode .Any Such Programmes offered by University are hence illegal and are not approved by DEC "
Still if anyone suggest you to go for BE/B.Tech through Distance Mode in any KSOU or other University means they are dragging you to hell.
You can search the letter of MHRD if you are still not convenience with by assertion.
The valid options for taking technical course through distance mode are:
1) AMIE (Associate Membership Of Institute Of Engineering) All Branches Electrical, Mech, Chem, Computer, Civil, Aero etc you have to clear Sec A & Sec B in respective branch which will be equivalent to BE and is valid and well recognized in India for Govt. Jobs and Further Education.
2) You can complete Electronics & Communication, IT or CS diploma/Degree within 2-3 years from Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) , New Delhi through Distance mode which is also recognized in India.

Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however for your reference please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada and UK you need to have IELTS score of Score of 6.5 with no band score lower than 6
Please note that the IELTS requirement may differ from university to university and course to course.
As per your profile you may consider pursuing:
- MBA.
- MS.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK and Canada, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Please note that universities in UK do not require GRE scores.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK and Canada, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

As to get employed as a Company Secretary, aspirants will need to clear the following:
Executive Program
Foundation Program
Professional Program
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The minimum age must be 17 years. Apart from this, applicants will also need to have good language skills as well as the ability to examine complex as well as technological issues, understand problems and make judgment with tact.
A candidate possessing any of the following qualifications or any other qualifications recognized by the Council of the ICSI with the approval of the Central Government as equivalent thereto, is exempted from passing the Foundation examination
A Degree or master's degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce Pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India(ICWAI) or the Institute of Chartered Accountants(ICAI) of India or any other Accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized as equivalent thereto by the Council:
Or
A degree or master's degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts.
So you are not exempted. You can purchase the admission forms from the institution or get it by post. Forms can also be got from the Central Bank of India. The price of the admission form is Rs.1000/-. The CS examinations are usually carried out in the months of June and December annually.
