Indian Green Building council basically a certification programme for those professionals who are in building business like architects, product manufacturers, builders, people in construction business etc. The Certificate Examination called 'Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional Examination' can be taken by all students/ professionals of the building industry. It is designed to test the knowledge of a candidate on green building design and construction.
The training programs provided by this council are short term 1 or a 2 days program which is conducted through CII - Godrej GBC& this equips you to take IGBC Accreditation Professional Examination.
This certification majorly is an add-on to building professionals CV (like architects) which gives them a step-up then those who are without certification. Few of the other benefits are: exposure to Green Building Design Strategies, acquire Knowledge on LEED India Green Building Rating System, exposure to Green Building Case Studies in India and abroad.

No Institute can gaurantee you placement, as more then the Institute, placements depends on the students potential as in how she/he performs on the program and how she//he uses their knowledge earned at the time of job placements. Howevera good Institute will definitely have good placement services.
So, to get into good Institutes you need sit for an Entrance examination like CAT, XAT, and MAT etc. apart from this you also have to sit for GD & PI of various Institutes. Without going through this admission procedure you can not get into any decent Management Institute.
Just to add, even IGNOU & IIPM has entrance exam. However, they wont be as tough as CAT.

If you are interested in doing MBA from Abroad then you need a good bachelors degree along with work experience, GMAT score, IELTS/ TOEFL score etc however every country and university has its own admission criteria . Enhancing your education is always a good option. However, Executive program are generally for those working professionals who are having a good amount of work experience in their Industry. I would also suggest that if possible you should opt for a regular MBA program as it has an upper hand in the job market.
