There are many Master's degree courses which you can pursue after completing B.Sc. Many students prefer studying MS in Canada, mainly because there are top colleges in Canada which award degrees in MS and these degrees have high importance in the industry, hence it is easier to get jobs. But no one can tell you which course will be better for you, you have to decide for yourself. You should pursue a course where your interests lie and study a subject which you are comfortable with.
