First of all, decide whether your interest is more theoretical oriented or practical oriented. CA is the one who specialises in taxation, auditing and accounting, a majority of the subjects are practical. Company Secretary is a specialist of law, drafting and compliances. Seeing working prospects wise, CA is much more recognised course among the masses and can start his own practice with ease, that's not the case with CS. However, with the companies act 2013

NCERT is a good one my friend, half of your time has gone and if you start studying from the book which is so long then exam came so just understand NCERT is enough, but if you need any other book then you may go through D.C.Panday for physics, O.P.Tandon for Chemistry, R.C.Mukarjee for numerical problem and Hall and Knight, S.N.Lonney for Maths (only when you can't understand from NCERT).
Rest is OK. Keep one MCQ book of MTG or TMH and never forget to go through previous year question paper.
All the best.

Right now, you are in class 11th so you have a long time with you in which you can prepare for any part and you can give your best. I think studying UG abroad is not a good decision because in India there are many good colleges such as IIT, NIT, VIT and BITS which are also good as compared to colleges abroad. So, I suggest you to prepare for IIT JEE exam and BITSAT and I hope you can score good marks.
