you can do MBA through distance learning. Regular MBA is not possible. but most of top institution prefer those candidates who have more than 5 year work experience.

You are strongly advised to assess your financial resources realistically. Although the tuition fees are borne by the German Federal States, you should have enough funds to cover your cost of living for the entire duration of your study. You should estimate with monthly expenses of no less than EUR 650.
Education is free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship.
