First of all I would say salary and scope of a program is a very subjective term and as every person is different so are his / her capabilities so depending on your capacity and capability to perform be it on the program or at the time of job interviews or once you are on job. Secondly CWA is an Indian degree to get a job abroad you need to have a degree from abroad probably you can go for CFA which is an internationally recognized degree.
However, CWA in India offers a bright future. Although, in the beginning you may find a slow growth in it but once you have 2-3 years of work experience you can really earn well for yourself
