Hi Dear,
Most of the MS programs in Engineering requires GRE score so you need to give this test and try to achieve above 1150 score for easy admission also if you course taught in English then TOEFL is required else Test DaF is applicable in order to prove the German language skills. In Germany Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged approx (500 Euro/ sem)

As there are not many CA coaching Institutes in Gurgaon, you have no other option but to look for an Institute in some other area in Delhi which is nearby Gurgaon or get some correspondence course through an Institute where you get the material and faculty assistance as & when required.

In your question above, you have not mentioned about your education qualification and without having the details, it would be quite difficult to be able to provide you with complete information.
But assuming that you are a graduate and seeing your work domain details, I would suggest you to opt for courses like Public Administration, MBA, NGO Management, Social Work etc depending on your career interest and also your preferences.
There are many institutes ofefring such courses but without knowing your interest in the particular field providing any detailed information is difficult. If you are interested in Automobile engineering program from Germany then these are the good options for you:- RWTH AACHEN University , Dresden University , Technical University Munich, University of esslingen - germany etc.
In order to take admission inMaster program in automobile from german university you should have- a recognised first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering), Candidates shouldhave also performed above average in their undergraduate studies, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is also required, Candidates should have an IELTS certificate (score 6.0) or of the TOEFL certificate (score 550 paper-based / 213 computer-based / 80 internet-based). Most of the university accepts online applications however i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university for the exact procedure.
