Masters in Medical Electronics is not as such available or offered by any University. The course is taught 75% in English and 25% in German so a knowledge of German language will also be required. You can approach the nearest Max Mueller Bhavan and clear the testDaf to prove your proficiency in German. This test is officially recognised in Germany by all educational institutes.

To go for IAS, the minimum requirement is the following:
1. Minimum graduate degree holder by qualification
2. Maximum Age limit is 30yrs
3. Need to qualify the Civil Services exam.
Civil Services are the main requirement to qualify to become an IAS. The exams are conducted by the UPSC for the premier services of the country. The exam is conducted in the following pattern:
1. Preliminary written test
2. Main written test
3. Personal Interview
