Hi Manideep,
It would be difficult to calculate your percentile just on the basis of your attempt as percentile is calculated on the basis of the total number of students taken the test and the students who have scored below you. So percentile can only be calculated by the Institute conducting it i.e. IIMs

Hi Ritz,
The Executive programs of IIMs are definitely beneficial but only to those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and looking for career growth in their current organization or current Industry. Being a fresher a person should not opt for such programs as these programs doesn't give you any practical exposure to face real life situation and cultivate actual team leading qualities.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

History as a subject would not hold much relevance to IFS designation, instead it would be advised that to opt for the Chemistry. Further, as per the information provided by the UPSC which is the organizing body for the IFS and other Service exams in India, History is not the option for the IFS exam.

Most of the management schools offer career placements and run job fairs too. You can get in touch with colleges career office and check what they have to offer you. However do not rely much on the colleges as they concentrate on offering jobs only, but lack qualities job openings some times.

The Organization
Organization's beliefs vs your personal beliefs
Size of the Organization
Start-up or an established organisation
Public vs Private company
Nature of the job
Job Profile
Salary Benefits
Depending on the specialization that you have specialized in, you can opt for any field i.e.

You should write the GRE now.
I have heard that the new GRE pattern is relatively difficult. it will be calculated on a scale of 2400 whereas the current format is calculated on a scale of 1600. The number of questions in the old format are also less.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
