It would be difficult as University of Pennsylvania is one of the toughest universities to get admission into in USA.
You can do 2 things.
1) Take the GRE and score above 1500 without any fail.
2) Get involved in some social service activity where you are physically and mentally involved for atleast 3-4 hours a week. Gain some community service experience for 6 months-1 year. score 1500+ in the GRE, and the chances of getting admission would highly increase.

Because i know some student, those who are complete their graduation also, but they are working on higher position and they are earning handsome salary, its just because of their skill and tallent.
SO i suggest you, think first about your future education, and then decide about job.
Because nowdays some regular collages are provide 100%job placement assistance/guarantee also.
SO i think your just focus on your higher education first, and then go for any job.
